Our Grant Program

Things to keep in mind:

The BOD meets every SECOND TUESDAY of the month.

-Once a completed application is received, it will be time stamped and the listed contact person will receive

a confirmation of receipt email.

-The initial review process will take place within 10 business days of receipt of the application, by the Community Support Program Review Committee. Please be available during this timeframe to answer any questions the review committee may have.

-Upon the completion of the initial review, the committee will make a funding recommendation to the Foundation’s Board of Directors (BOD) based on the perceived ministry, school, group or organization needs and justification of the budget narrative.

-The Review Committee’s recommendation for funding will be presented to the Board of Directors for final approval at the next regularly scheduled BOD meeting. The application's contact person will be notified of the funding decision the day following the BOD meeting via email.

-You will be notified via email when the awarded funds become available.
